Before purchasing one of our products please note the following:
1. Products that are handmade will always differ slightly by the individual nature of each design, size, patterns and colours.
We support only 100% handmade items. Due to the handmade nature of each design, size and patterns will differ slightly. Be aware of this fact as we reserve the right to NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUNDS when we have clearly stated in our product description the colour, shape, material and dimensions of the item.
2. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, other than in cases of serious defects or manifest error.
We reserve the rights to NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND REFUNDS of any item that meets 100% our specifications/description. Instead we offer you a store credit or a product exchange. If you wish to receive a store credit or exchange the product then you should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
3. WE ONLY ACCEPT REFUNDS AND RETURNS in case if serious defect:
You have a statutory right to cancel products listed in your order (“Products”) and claim a full refund within 7 working days of receipt of the Products in case of serious defect (goods are faulty or not as described in our website). This mean the product is broken or you have received another product by mistake.

We will provide a refund, (less any shipping costs incurred) within 30 days of receiving your notification to cancel and the products. Please notice that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and any other costs we incur in connection with the return of the Goods
4. Returns that have been accepted:
If we accept your return you must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all the tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All cases will be considered on their merits, and a credit note given where appropriate. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or other costs incurred in connection with returns.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
PUTCHIPUU reserves the right to cancel your order if: One or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers or for any other reason; A Force Majeure Event occurs. Force Majeure defines an event that is caused from the elements of nature rather than human behaviour. If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will offer an alternative replacement product or refund to you any amounts paid as soon as possible, in any event within 30 days of your order. PUTCHIPUU Limited is not obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered and we have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims that you may incur. We also reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions.
